T: BOYS 4-5 PM | GIRLS 5-6 PM 
*2/9 is Super Bowl Sunday. We'll have a Co-Ed Funday from 4-5 PM 


REGISTRATION FEE 
$70 PER PARTICIPANT 


EQUIPMENT NEEDED 
BOYS: HELMET, SHOULDER PADS, , ARM PADS, GLOVES, & MOUTH GUARD 

GIRLS: GOGGLES OR HELMET & MOUTH GUARD 

VOLUNTEER SUPPORT IS NEEDED! 
Grade levels without sufficient parental involvement are subject to cancellation.
